This is LIVE group coaching for 6 (six) Dads who are going to court in the next 3 months and want to learn strategy and practice presenting their best case in court.

In the First Live Session you learn:

What the Judge is looking for in your paperwork (SO THAT YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION IS A GOOD ONE!)

What to put in your Declaration or Statement - So that you make your case, BEFORE you even step in to the courtroom.)

How to get all your evidence, (those text messages, the emails, and the pictures / videos) so that you can Quickly and EFFECTIVELY make your case.

How to use all your evidence in your statement, so that you can show the judge HOW you're a GREAT DAD!
In the Second Live Session you pull it all together:

You'll practice your Declaration/Statement (The 'Letter to the Judge') in group, and get feedback from an experienced lawyer, so that you are confident and put your best foot forward.

You'll prepare your Exhibits like Text Messages, Emails, Pictures and Videos, so that you know HOW to use them against your Ex.

You'll know how to prepare your Exhibits so you can quickly and easily use them at the hearing or trial and don't get confused.

You'll practice "moving" your Exhibits into EVIDENCE - So that you show the Judge you have a STRONG CASE for your custody.

You'll practice how to Show Up and Speak Up for you and your kids. (Public Speaking is SUPER SCARY - But it doesn't have to be when you know these Expert tricks!)
