When you have a Child Custody Hearing or Trial, coming up quick, you need to get INTO ACTION FAST to protect your rights. The Judge needs to  read WHY and HOW you're a Great Dad. This is the FOUNDATION Course you need and in under 2 hours you're going to have a plan!

Most people's biggest fear is public speaking and in this course you'll learn how to reduce the fear and anxiety of talking to the judge.   You'll learn how to make the best  FIRST IMPRESSION on the judge to ask for what you want.

DISCOVERY 101

Discovery is the process of gathering the evidence to prove the other wrong. You know you need Witnesses, Subpoenas,. But that's only part of prepare your case. You'll understand the other tools like Form Interrogatories, Request for Production of Documents, and more, so that you can use them to get the Smoking Gun you need.

EVIDENCE AND TESTIMONY

Once you have the documents thanks to  your Discovery 101 course, you can use them in court to prove  your case. In this course you'll learn how to use the text messages they sent. You'll be able to introduce an exhibit and move it into evidence so you can win.

Building a Game Plan for your Evidence

This course provides you with what you need to take action and focus  in court on what you CAN DO to show to the judge that you're a Great Dad. In the Evidence course you are shown how to create a game plan on what to show the judge so that you can get active and build your WINNING case. 

Building a Game Plan for Direct Examination of Your Witnesses

If you've never been to court or had to examine a witness you probably don't know how to do it in a way that gets the information you need the judge to hear. This course shows you how to do that. 

Building a Game Plan for Cross Examination of the Other Side's Witnesses

If you've never been to court or had to CROSS-EXAMINE a witness you probably don't know how to do it in a way that gets the information you need the judge to hear. This course shows you how to do that. 

CONTEMPT 

You follow the court orders to the letter - the Ex, not so much. Or not at all. How do  you get them to obey? Take this course and learn what Contempt of Court means and how to get the judge to enforce their orders.
